Q: How do I connect Mirai Speaker to my TV?
A: Mirai Speaker can only be connected using an Optical Cable port or a 3.5mm AUX, and comes with both cords in the box.
Please make sure your TV has either an Optical Cable port or a 3.5mm AUX output. Bluetooth and HDMI are not supported.
Q: Are there any additional settings needed once connected to TV?
A: Depending on your TV, if you are using an Optical Cable connection, please set the digital audio output to PCM.

Q: Is there a Warranty, and are returns possible?
A: Yes! We offer a one-year warranty from the date Mirai Speaker is delivered to you. If your device or remote is damaged by manufacturing defects during that period, we'll fix or replace them free of charge. For returns, we keep our operations lean to deliver premium products without hidden markups. Returns are accepted within 100 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, minus a $30 return shipping and handling fee, as long as the product is returned in its original condition.

Q: Which shipping partner do you use? Will I receive a tracking number?
A: To ensure reliable delivery, we entrust Amazon with the shipping of all orders, including those placed on our official site.
It usually takes about 5 business days for the delivery.

Q: Can Mirai be used with a computer, smartphone, or other device other than a TV?
A: Mirai Speaker can be connected using either an optical cable or a 3.5mm AUX cable.
For example, you can use it with devices such as PCs, smartphones, or radios, as long as they have a 3.5mm AUX headphone jack.
If you initially set it up with an optical cable and there is no sound, but sound comes through when using the 3.5mm AUX connection, it is likely not an issue with the speaker itself, but rather with the digital audio connection.
However, please note that the Mirai Speaker cannot be connected via Bluetooth, cannot be used as a center speaker, and cannot be integrated with smart remotes.
